Conscientiously authenticate and accurately describe all autographs;

Provide a money-back guarantee of authenticity to the original purchaser, without time limit, for every autograph sold;

Strictly adhere to the payment terms agreed upon with the seller when purchasing autographs;

Conduct business honestly, fairly, and with integrity;

Treat each customer with respect and make every effort to promote customer satisfaction.
